If you are a not-for-profit 501c3 Christian organization that is currently serving in the mission field, such as a mission school, orphanage, clinic, etc… you may complete the application by clicking here to download the application to your computer.
You may fill the application out online and then save to your computer, or download, print and fill it out by hand. Once filled out, you must submit the completed application to Epic Missions via email, with all required attached documents. Please follow the instructions carefully. Incomplete applications will not be considered for awards.
